ModSecurity is interferring with my site

If a rule we have configured in ModSecurity is preventing your site from functioning normally, although you can disable it in your cPanel, it is highly advisable that you don't. These rules are designed to protect you from hackers/attackers. Simply open a support ticket and let us know what is not functioning properly and what script it is you are using. We can add programming that will prevent just that rule from being used on your site and leaving all of the others in effect. Turning off ModSecurity in cPanel is an all or nothing deal. Turning it off turns it completely off, leaving you exposed to threats. We will work with you to get your site functioning normally.
