Incremental Account Backup

If you have configured this option as part of your Cloud Hosting Package, requests to restore from a backup must be received via support ticket at least one (1) hour prior to the next nightly system maintenance. We only maintain one (1) copy of the account.

All system maintenance, such as software/operating system updates and backups, are performed nightly between 12:00am and 2:00am US/Central time.
