What Exactly Am I Logging Into?

These are the four (4) areas of our cloud network that you could be logging into depending on the type of service you purchased and what you wish to do:

  • Billing (https://azcappy.com/whmcs/clientarea.php)
    • This is where you manage your invoices, support tickets and DNS zones of domains that are not handled by our DNS servers.
    • You are allowed to create as many secondary logins for staff as you wish and control what they have access to.

  • cPanel (http://yourdomain/cpanel)
    • This is where you edit your web page using the file manager, create FTP and EMAIL accounts, manage all aspects of your account and view statistics of website visitors using AWSTATS.
    • If we host your domain on our DNS servers, this is where you manage your Zone entries.
    • You only have one (1) login to this area and should not share it unless you trust the person to have absolute control over your account settings.

  • Web Host Manager (WHM) (http://yourdomain/whm)
    • Only available to resellers.
    • This is where you manage your clients/customers and hosting packages.
    • You only have one (1) login to this area and should not share it unless you trust the person to have absolute control over your account settings.

  • Webmail (http://yourdomain/webmail)
    • This is where you manage your email without having to use a stand-alone email program such as Outlook. It is completely web based.
    • When presented with the login screen, enter the complete email address and password for the email account you wish to access.
    • You then will get a screen asking you which of the two (2) mail applications you wish to use, RoundCube or SquirrelMail. Personally, we prefer RoundCube for ease of use.
    • If the cPanel username and password are entered on this screen, You will have access to all mailboxes on the account with each user in his/her own folder on the same screen. Good for monitoring company email.
